Q: Eyeing product - questions based on what I learned

This looks great BUT I do have a few question before deciding to purchase:
1) There seems to be a lot if questions regarding these credits where one person used literally 3K just getting used to the system. What exactly are these credits used for is there a way to cap them daily so we can spread them out.
2) Can we have a keyword phrase? Example) "ice cream" or " vegetarian diet"
3) When did BizReply go into business?
4) What has been the turnaround in customer support questions?
5) If your plan names change will we get mapped to the new plan?
