1. Yes, you can use your knowledge base to train the AI responses. All you need to do is create your own custom prompt and make sure it is chosen when you are generating a response.
2. Bizreply does not connect your social media accounts with the platform, so any social media account you use should work.
3. If you mean, does it bring posts from facebook account and pages, then yes it does, but due to Meta restrictions, Bizreply can only fetch mentions from public pages.
4. Yes, our default prompt ensures that it follows the rules to not be banned when generating a reply, but as Bizreply does not connect your social media accounts, you can copy paste the AI response with peace of mind, that your accounts wont be banned.
5. Yes you can use subdomain instead of main domains.
6. This unfortunately will not be possible as Bizreply needs to analyze the post to draft an AI response.
7. Yes, you can use only nice keywords, without brand name or your website. If you dont want your AI response to have your brand name or website, you may need a custom prompt for it.
