Q: How do I create replies for my project and keywords?
Hello!
I created my first project with the desired keywords, but I don't see a clear cut way to create my replies that will trigger for each of the keyword mentions. Please advise ASAP!

To generate the replies, please click on the 'Generate Reply' under each post. Make sure your API key is added and you can also customize your prompt for the replies on the 'Custom Prompts' section!

Please help me further understand. I need to manually click on "Generate Reply" for every single post, so there's no auto reply that I can create and it will be submitted with a standard or "canned" reply with each of my keyword mentions? In other words, there's no automated reply feature for the keyword mentions; it's all manual for each one?

And just to be sure, to reply to the posts from each of the social media channels, I will need to have an account with each one?

I'm really trying to understand this. When I click "Generate Reply" I receive this message: "Please Add Your AI Key To Generate Replies" and then there's a "Go to Mention Settings" button, and when I click that button, I click the "Global Mention Settings" button to select a language model, then I have to enter an AI Key. I am not at all techie and I'm totally lost by this setup.
