Q: Is there a timeline for API or webhook support?
I’m particularly interested in the monitoring features, but I’d like to integrate them into my own systems (e.g., Slack alerts, CRM). Could you share if and when API or webhook integration is planned?

webhooks have been requested since day 1 when they launched privately. they dont care for or listen to feedback so i wouldn't hold your breadth on this feature coming.

Sorry to hear you felt this way. We have tried to bring in almost all the features we promised and are now working on version 4 of the application with a better user experience.
In terms of the webhook, we skipped this feature currently as we have focused on making the product more towards a mass organic social media marketing tool instead of only a social media listening tool.
