Q: Is there a way to mark something
as replied to without generating a response?
if I where to just click on posts to write out a response

Yes! We have an option where you can 'mark a post as replied' which will save all those data seperately and also allow to make a seperate using the 'Client report builder'!

When you click on 'Generate Reply' you will notice an option to 'Mark as replied'!
