Hi.👋 I am on Tier 3 and trying to decided if I am going to keep BizReply or not.
When will Boolean be working properly?
I find using the AND and OR (for example) will help make a Major difference in customizing my results.💯
I do not want BizRely to use double credits for keywords that I might track separately but could, on occasion, be used together in speech.

We don't charge multiple keyword credits on a boolean search, so even if you have 5 keywords on one boolean search we will count it as one!
We are also working on improving the boolean search! We have an update coming at the end of January with a better search & probably with a new integration (surprise).

I was asking about Boolean because "I do not want BizReply to use double credits for keywords that I might track separately but could, on occasion, be used together in speech."
The problem is losing credits if and when BizReply duplicates results on the same brand account due to a post having 2 or more of the keywords that are being tracked.
That is a problem.💯

Yes, we have optimized the search in general for better results. Additionally, we are partnering with other scraping companies now, where if one provider fails to bring posts, we send requests to other scrapers to try bringing posts, which we believe will help us get more relevant post data.
