Fantastic tool for brand monitoring and lead generation
BizReplay is a great tool if you need to track brand mentions or search for potential leads. I've worked with a handful of social media monitoring tools and Biz Reply consistently generates a higher percentage of results.I also appreciate that they scan across a variety of channels. It just so helpful to have all of this consolidated in a single automated dashboard. We used to search manually which is very time consuming. Overall its easy to use and set up, however I would love to see improvements in the presentation of results. It's easy to scan, but can be overwhelming.

Your point on the results presentation being overwhelming is fair, and it's something we've heard from a few power users who are processing high mention volumes. We're actively working on cleaner filtering and grouping in the dashboard to make scanning less noisy.
