BizReply is a really useful platform for tracking keyword mentions and engaging with conversations across social platforms. I especially like the combination of monitoring and AI-powered responses, which can save a lot of time when managing multiple conversations and campaigns.

The interface is clean, the workflow is straightforward, and the ability to bring social mentions into one place makes it much easier to stay on top of relevant conversations.

One feature I would really love to see added is MCP (Model Context Protocol) support. An MCP server would make BizReply much more powerful by allowing AI assistants and agents to securely interact with BizReply data and actions—for example, searching mentions, monitoring keywords, generating reports, or taking supported actions directly through an AI agent.

Overall, very promising product, and I'm excited to see how the platform evolves. MCP integration would be a fantastic addition!
