A: Hey mate, the number of contacts is the same as the monthly sending limit, so if the sending limit is 100k, then the number of contacts is limited to 100k.
I believe you can create up to 10 custom fields.
Webhooks and API access is included with all plans.
We do not have any plans to integrate SMS as we want to 100% focus on email.
We will have some options to temporarily increase sending...
Hey, we are currently using Mailgun for transactional with Klayvio as a CRM. Blastable looks interesting. Do you have any case studies you can share about the deliverability of your servers and comparing competitors? That would be key to get us switching over. Case studies would help show the benefits - you know the old show, dont tell idea.
The AI part is also kind of cool (its mentioned a lot), but it's a secondary factor since we human write/edit/review all copy. The home page feels a little bit overly focused on AI too. First impression is: send more with AI while using AI copywriting and hope the AI spam score catches the worst of it. We'd just like proven, awesome deliverability scores.
A: Sorry, mate, we don't have any specific case studies comparing the two... but most people who use us do see an increase in deliverability. We use AI for that, not just content creation, amoung other things.

I know you can use 5 domains and create 5 sender e-mails with Tier 3 and above.
If you delete a domain/sender e-mail, can you replace it with a new one? Or are you locked in to the domain?
Also, I don't suppose you have a screenshot of the logo at the bottom of the e-mails, do you? It would be great to just see what it looks like.
