I can't connect my custom domain. It is telling me I need to check my settings. But DNS-settings are correct. I tried to use the supportpage, but it is giving me an error. I need to select my workspace, but can't select one. How can I get support?

The previous offering was only for Blaze Transfer; we offered Drive at a later stage to AppSumo clients.
We understand where you're coming from! Just to clarify — your existing account remains fully intact, and it actually comes with unlimited transfers, which is not available on the new plans. BLAZE Quantum is an entirely new product with a different architecture and feature set, which is why it's listed as a separate plan.
Look at it this way from the customer's perspective. People who bought early a few years ago are being penalized for this. Now, newcomers are buying much more functionality at a similar price. And we, the early birds, are being penalized. That's how I feel.
I'll be stuck with a product that's no longer available and I'm not sure if it will be developed. Is this supposed to deliver on the promise of the previous Appsumo offer? I'm not satisfied.

I see that we can set up a CNAME for custom domains on the portals, which is great. However, when notifications or links are sent out, is there a way to configure those emails to go through our own domain or email provider (via SMTP, DKIM/SPF, etc.)?
We want to ensure clients see our email address when they receive download links. Thanks!
