Q: 1.

what happens when a single link has reached it's clicks limit? will it be deactivated or be unable to click?
2. if I use 3 subdomains on 1 root domain for the shortener, would that count as 3 custom domains used, or 1 custom domain used?

A: Hello! When a link reaches the limit of the plan, we still redirect all future clicks, however we stop counting based on the plan limit.

The domains are counted based on the unique domain at the beginning of your link. Based on your description, it would be 3 unique domains:
sub1.domain.com
sub2.domain.com
sub3.domain.com

We would see these as 3 domains in our system.

So when 10,000 tracked clicks per link, are reached, there is no reset/month? That's it. Then we would have to upgrade to another tier?

We will continue to redirect, but we will stop counting in our analytics. Your options would be to upgrade to a higher tier or reset the clicks back to zero.
