If I upgrade to the highest tier it has 10 devices but doesn't specify users.
I need to add another user. Is that easily done or do I have to purchase a separate license entirely for the second user?

Hey, we are in the process of getting it available. It will be available in a few days. It will be tier 4, having twice the limits of tier 3, probably, and would have a team-management dashboard with 15 or more users.
