I've been having issues with the app since I installed it.

The hovering microphone icon won't show up when I touch any text fields. I purchased the app because I wanted to use it and save time, but it's just not functioning anymore. I don't know where it stopped functioning or why. I've tried everything, and it's just becoming frustrating and not worth it. I don't know what to do at this point.

Some of the reviews report that this was a good app, but I also saw some conflicting reviews saying it's not good. I wanted to use the lowest tier to test it out and eventually upgrade to another tier so I can have more devices. But I'm becoming discouraged and considering a refund; I don't know what to do. I'm just looking for help.
