A: Hey, we have two modes. One is normal mode and one is action mode. For normal mode, you will get the transcript normally and you can personalise it by going to the personalise BLIP section and adding your custom instructions if you want BLIP to write in a certain way. Apart from that, we have action mode where you can just say, Hey Blip, at the start of your request and it will follow your request. For example, if you say, "HEY, BLIP, write an email to my boss explaining XYZ" and it will write an email. So that's how you can leverage these two modes.
