SyeQ: Purchased Tier 2, Having some frustrating issues, can you help or advise?
Hi, I purchased Tier 2, there are many aspects of the platform I genuinely like. I had purchased VoiceDash previously and I actually liked it. So, I refunded VoiceDash to purchase your product because I didn't feel what I needed both. However, I am having some concerns which is making me question if I've made the right decision.
Firstly in many instances it's typing out sentences that I haven't said. Something along the lines of defence procurement and so on. Secondly, there isn't a setting where I can add my name so every time I ask it to write an email to someone it ends it as best regards User 123. That is a silly way to do things - its a basic setting. There should be a field that allows people to personalise the platform so that people can add at least their first name or something.
Can you please fix these issues.

- For the first question, this would help us understand it better - Which version you are on and which OS? and which language you have selected?
- For the second question, yes you are right there is no field right now. Right now it takes up your email as an end note to your drafted replies. We will add that functionality in version 4.4 soon.

Hey first problem is fixed in version 4.3. Would you mind updating the version to 4.3 if you are not on it already?
We are pushing the update 4.4, which will have this option of adding your signatures so that it would take it.

This is fixed in version 4.5. Please download it for PC.
Hi Ayush, I have updated to version 4.6. However, when I ask it to write an email, it writes the email but I still get "Best regards, User123” ending the email. I assumed this was fixed. Why is this element so hard to add? I purchased Voice Dash again because I felt I couldn’t solely rely on your product, so now I have both. It’s very frustrating.
