I have already subscribed to your Tier 2 plan, but I noticed that a competitor here on AppSumo offers a similar service at the same price point, including 600,000 words, up to 3 team members, and unlimited devices.

When I purchased Tier 2, I mistakenly interpreted the “6 devices” limit as meaning the plan could be shared across multiple team members. Could you please clarify whether Tier 2 supports multiple users/seats, or if there is an existing option or correct channel to request additional seats for my account? If not, I may need to request a refund.
