I am trying to make my life easier by adding certain personal shortcuts and proper nouns. However, I am unable to type anything at all into any screen of the app. For example, I am trying to add a shortcut with my email address and when I say it out loud I don't get the at symbol and when I spell the letters out, it spells them out in all caps with dashes in between them. It allows me to backspace to get rid of text I don't want, but I am unable to type in anything, making this function sort of useless. Am I doing something wrong? Or is there another way to add things like email addresses? Thanks for all of your help in advance.
