What is the actual word count per month per device?

Let's just take Tier 1 for example.

It says 200,000 words per month... is that A) 200,000 words per device per month (aka 2 devices x 200,000 words equals 400,000 words... or B) 100,000 words per device or C) 200,000 words total that are shared between the two devices). Or D) - we don’t get any words and in reality that are 200.00ß characteristic signs :DDD
I’d like to know that before I buy and which tier ;)
