Owner will not take responsibility
Based on my experience, this software was not usable because I could not get it to install on my computer despite submitting a service request and spending several days emailing back and forth with the software owner to troubleshoot the problem. After the owner said he would “look into this” and “try” a next step, I never received the promised follow-up, and I ultimately canceled the purchase six days later due to the unresolved issue. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and professionalism afterward when the owner re-engaged as if the prior thread hadn’t happened, and then responded by telling me to Google a solution instead of providing proper support. Overall, the installation failure combined with poor follow-through and dismissive customer service left me with no confidence in the product or the company’s support.

Edited Apr 23, 2026Update:
We have found one customer solved this by running the app as administrator (he had the same problem like you)
Right-click the .exe → Properties
Check for “Unblock” at the bottom → Apply
Then run as administrator
If that fails:
Try Shift + Right-click → Run as administrator
Or temporarily disable SmartScreen:
Open Windows Security → App & browser control
Set Check apps and files → Warn (or Off temporarily)
Hey, certain devices have certain architecture, so sometimes the EXE is not installable on some devices due to OS limitations. We have tried to help you, but it looks like there is a deeper issue. I have a few suggestions. If you don't mind, could we schedule a short 15-minute quick call https://calendly.com/blipai/talk-to-founders so we can sit together and resolve it?
