I just purchased Tier2 to see if it lives up to the buzz and my expectations. Unfortunately, it hasn’t started well. After following the extensive onboarding and redeem instructions, I’m unable to access my dashboard. Also, the instructions mentioned selecting "Light," which surprised me, as I thought Tier2 included Pro features.

Looking at your lifetime price table, it seems the Light package doesn’t even allow publishing on my own site. If this is correct, it feels unreasonable for the investment I’ve already made. I sincerely hope I’ve misunderstood, as otherwise, I’ll likely opt for a refund before I even start.

Please clarify and assist with these issues.
