I've recently purchased your Tier 5 plan on App Sumo which covers the enterprise plan for $395.

You have just released an internal email for the enterprise plan for $299 which has in addition Snippets and YouTube Pro both not included in the App Sumo plan in addition to other features.

Can you explain why you are advertising a more expensive offer on AppSumo which offers less by way of features than your internal offer which is $95 cheaper and has the full spectrum of features?

I attempted to raise this with your chatbot inside Blogify but it has been more than 24 hours and no response.

Your internal offer is up for 2 more days.

If I don't receive a response I will refund the App Sumo offer and just go ahead with your internal offer.
