Over the past few weeks, we’ve faced an unexpected challenge that has forced us to temporarily pause our operations. This hasn’t been an easy decision for us, and it’s something we’ve thought deeply about before taking this step. Unfortunately, we were targeted by a group of affiliate scammers who generated a high volume of sign-ups using fraudulent payment methods. As a result, we had to process a significant number of refunds—amounting to nearly $200,000—and accept multiple disputes. This ultimately led to our payment partner, Stripe, deactivating our account.

Hi, For several days I have been unable to access my Blogify account. When I try to log in (both with Google and via the regular login page at https://blogify.ai/login/?redirectTo=/dashboard/overview), I get this message: “The server is unreachable at the moment, please try again after sometime.” Previously, the Google login callback (https://api.blogify.ai/google/login-callback?...) was returning HTTP ERROR 525, which suggests a backend/SSL issue on Blogify’s side, not with my account. I’ve already contacted support by email but haven’t received a response yet. As a paying customer, I’d like to know if this is a known issue, if there’s an ETA for a fix, and if our accounts/data are safe.
