Q: AppSumo Shows Activated, But Upgrade Needed in Blue Dashboard

I have purchased this, and it shows as 'Activated' in my AppSumo dashboard. However, in my Blue dashboard, I still need to upgrade to Premium. BTW, I haven't used it for a long time, but I want to use it now. I couldn't find a help button there, which is why I am asking here.
