Q: Can a tier 1 plan be upgraded to higher one with lifetime validity, even after deal finish off (LTD on AppSumo)
1. Can a tier 1 plan be upgraded to higher one with lifetime validity, even after deal finish off (LTD on AppSumo), as I am not sure if I can make it to larger tier now. This is my first project management software purchase.
2. Can I sale it to my customers which one of the blogs says, based on the number of companies I buy. I am not sure, if I can sell it to any one?
3. If lifetime deal ends, can we upgrade/downgrade plans, all with Lifetime tags

Oct 1, 2024A: 1. Yes you can upgrade after the AppSumo campaign, there will be an upgrade button within the Blue interface.
2. Reselling is against the TOS for now. We will have a separate subscription-based reseller programme in the future.
3. You cannot downgrade once the 60-days window, but you can upgrade later on.
Will the upgrade be with lifetime validity?
Hey Vishal,
Not quite sure what you mean here?
this is unusual - and thanks - to allow Lifetime Upgradeability to AppSumo purchasers after the deal is over! Awesome. I've been using a competitor's product - might need to take Blue for a spin

@Manny_Blue - Manny, I believe Vishal is asking if he can upgrade to a higher Tier after Blue has left Appsumo. You have said yes, but that is not typically how things work on Appsumo. Usually, upgrades and downgrades with Lifetime Access are only available while the deal is up on Appsumo. So it would be helpful to clarify if users can upgrade to higher Tiers after the deal expires on Appsumo.
Yes it will be possible to upgrade at some time later once we're off AppSumo

Thanks so much for clarifying Manny, that's a great offer that even after the Appsumo Deal is over, users will still be able to upgrade their Tier with Lifetime Access. Thank you!
Can you respond to my question about the Tier pricing between 5 and 6? All the other Tiers go up by $49 or $100, and it doesn't seem to line up. Want to ensure this was intentional. Thanks again, enjoying Blue so far!
Just what AppSumo came up with during discussions.
