A: RIght now its visible to all members across the project.

I do want to implement direct messages (and groups chats) in the future however, I think it would be very useful!

I purchased the License Tier 5 deal, which clearly states it includes 5 Companies. However, my billing dashboard currently shows "Licenses used: 1/4", indicating a total limit of only 4 companies instead of 5. Has there been a change to the agreement without announcement?
