Q: Clickup data import
Hello, before purchasing, I created a test account.
I tried to import CSV data from Clickup but all lists, tasks and projects have been imported in a single list as different tasks, with a number as a task name and all information as a description.
At import, I think I correctly mapped the colums.
Is there a way to import Clickup data or will your team be able to import that data for me?

We only support CSV import at the moment, and we don't offer import services right now due to the influx of new users. You can email help@blue.cc for more detailed support (and also provide a sample of your import data if possible).

germanoalfredoPLUSIf the user numbers do increase, there are certainly users among them who currently use Clickup, like me. An import via CSV is not a solution. Only a complete import including all media/files is an incentive for a possible switch to Blue.
We will look into that, but it may be quite complex because we will likely have to use their API, and then if anything changes, we have to keep updating our integration, etc
