Q: I’ve been trying to set up the system to automatically send proofreading files to the customer’s emails

I’ve been trying to set up the system to automatically send proofreading files to the customer’s email from my customer database when I upload them and press a button. Everything seems to be configured correctly, and the system displays the message: "BlueBot (Automation) sent an email to info@workpleaser.com 4 minutes ago". However, I’m not receiving the email. I’ve tested with two different email addresses, but nothing happens.
