If say I got Tier 9, can I give my agency clients their own domains in blue and their own portal for their clients so it doesn't show my branding?

So yes, you can get a domain for each company on Tier 9.
However, we don't have full white-label out yet, this is coming in November/December. That said, not 100% sure if it will be part of the LTD or a separate paid module.
I am also looking at seeing how we can enable the agency reselling model directly within our platform to best support agency partners — as I think that has the opportunity for some great win/win scenarios.
