Q: The Magic Link is not working and I cannot log into my account

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request urgent assistance with accessing my Blue account. For several weeks now, I have been unable to log in because I am not receiving the One-Time Password (OTP) or Magic Link email required for authentication. I have used different browsers and carefully checked:My inbox; My junk/spam folder; Any filtered or blocked messages

Unfortunately, no OTP or Magic Link emails have been received during multiple login attempts. As your documentation explains, OTPs and magic links are designed to enhance both security and convenience. However, at this point, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access essential services.

Your support has been irresponsive....
