Hello,
I just check the roadmap and notice you're working on the whitelabel feature, so when this be available and which plan will include the whitelabel feature?
Is the whitelabel solution the same as custom domain? is custom domain included in the appsumo tiers?
Also, I saw while visiting your website that you have a mobile app, appsumo plans include access to the mobile apps?
And for the permissions, can I define who can see files inside a project based on the user and/or membership level? (as I don't want everybody to see all the files inside a project)

Yes you can use any of the mobile apps available with your AppSumo plan!
For white label, this will be a separate paid add-on on a subscription basis both for existing subscription customers as well as for LTD (both AppSumo and other LTDs).
Will start at $20/month for 1 company, but if you have a tier with many companies there will some form of tiered discounts.
White label is not the same as CNAME. CNAME is something that we've offered all customers free-of-charge for the main web-app, but the white label is more sophisticated as it includes full branding control, CNAME on other systems such as the forms, file sharing, and even documentation, and also sending emails from your emails instead of ours.

Not yet, the custom user roles only allow to hide the activity and forms tab, but that will come out in a later release.
