Holy Cow the brand new platform update is incredible!

WOW! Blue just launched their platform rebuild. The UX is beautiful. So many new features, including ability to add cover images to cards. It looks and behaves more now like Asana with more features and automations.

Before Blue was a bit buggy. It's smooth, consistent & I am now confident I can fully make the switch from Asana and ditch the monthly subscription.

SO HAPPY Blue is continuing to improve the software, unlike many LTDs which have grabbed the cash and ghosted customers.

PAYMENT_REQUIRED

We purchased the product, activated it, and didn't use it. We decided to use it now, and it's demanding payment. The plan contracted through the Sumo app is unavailable.

Very solid platform. Has saved us a lot of time with complicated projects.

Our non-profit, educational organisation has been using BLUE (Tier 5) for a couple of months.

Very impressed with its functions and features.

It's helped us enormously with being more organised and keeping track of our many projects and sub-projects.

Blue is updated and maintained regularly and seems to be lovingly maintained and developed.

More than happy to recommend this powerful platform.

This app has wasted so much of my time

A Promising Concept Marred by Frustration:
Blue initially caught my attention as a sleek project management tool, seemingly ideal for organising creative workflows. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly frustrating, turning what should be a productivity aid into a significant time-waster.

Reliability Issues:
The app’s instability is its most glaring flaw. It opens roughly half the time I attempt to launch it, and functions frequently freeze mid-use, forcing me to restart repeatedly. This unreliability disrupts workflow entirely—hardly what you’d expect from a tool designed to streamline efficiency.

Mobile App Woes:
The mobile version is particularly broken. Attempting to add a to-do item prompts a screen instructing, “Press the plus button above”—except there is no plus button. This renders the app’s core functionality useless on-the-go. When I resorted to the browser version on my phone, it also froze. The entire point of a mobile app is convenience, yet Blue fails spectacularly here.

Desktop Disappointment:
Even the desktop app is plagued by issues. After a recent update prompt, the app now refuses to load at all. Prior to this, basic actions like editing tasks incurred a tedious two-second delay—minor in isolation, but infuriatingly disruptive over time.

Final Thoughts:
While Blue’s design hints at potential, its execution is fatally flawed. For a tool meant to save time, it has consumed far more of mine through crashes, bugs, and sluggish performance. Though it’s not a costly investment, the frustration far outweighs the price. Until major stability improvements are made, I’d strongly advise seeking alternatives. Blue, in its current state, promises productivity but delivers only headaches.
