Serious concerns after almost 1 year as a Tier 5 LTD user

After almost one year of using Blue on Tier 5, I had to come back here and write this review.

I want to be very clear: whether you are a new or existing user, I believe this product currently has very serious issues. I hope AppSumo looks into this and protects customers who purchased this deal in good faith.

1. Performance has become extremely poor

After a series of updates over the past 6 months, the app has become painfully slow. It now takes real effort to use Blue for daily work. This is completely different from the beginning, when the app was fast and smooth.

2. Unexpected limits were imposed on LTD users

Recently, it feels like Blue has been trying to push LTD users away by adding unreasonable limits, without proper notice.

For example:

- They limited each board/workspace to 2,000 records. 2,000 records? Even many simple tools offer more than that. As a Tier 5 user, this limit makes Blue almost unusable for serious work.
- This limit was applied while I was actively using the product. My board currently has over 6,000 records, and now I cannot create new records.
- They also limited automations to 500. With only 500 automations, you can barely use automation at all unless your workflow is extremely small.

The biggest issue is not only the limits themselves. The biggest issue is that there was no proper warning. These limits were simply applied to my account, and my active business workflows immediately stopped working. I am now being forced to urgently move to another platform.

This makes me feel that the company does not value its customers. They do not seem to care about the businesses that rely on their product. It feels like they think Blue should only be used for small, non-critical projects that can be abandoned at any time.

And then, after applying these limits, they give you an “option”: pay $500/year to increase the limits.

So at first, the product was sold with generous usage. Then later, new limits were applied, and users were pushed toward paid upgrades. From my experience, this feels extremely unfair and very disappointing. I have never experienced something like this on AppSumo before.

I strongly hope AppSumo conducts a full review of this situation and warns customers properly about this vendor.
