The product is excellent, but they claim to be "GDPR-compliant" when they are not.
They obtained access to client emails stored in my clients' accounts (emails are personal information according to the GDPR) and sent promotional emails to my clients. I pointed that out to Manny, he wrote it will not happen again, but it did. Also, it took them over 2 months and several reminders to prepare a DPA, which they never provided in the end, probably because they are not GDPR-compliant after all. I cannot risk getting fined for breaching the GDPR.
If you don't care about privacy, go for it! The product itself is great.

We are an apparel company with almost 200 employees using the taskade software for task management and operations of the company. Since this year they have increased prices so dramatically which become unsustainable to use it.

We have enquired and got to know that it will cost at least 4k to replicate the software and luckily we came across Blue with a lifetime deal and we purchased a tier 8 module which cost about one year of taskade subscription.

All of my teams love the simple, clear & intuitive interface and we are fortunate to get this on a lifetime deal which could have easily cost 1k for 1 month.

Even if you have a small organisation today, I recommend purchasing the bigger plan to save dollars on pennies.

I rarely give Reviews but this one is a Must.

I fell in love with BLUE software after testing it out & understanding the level of customizations possible.

My Trust towards this product highly increased after watching few Live interviews of Manny (the founder) & observing a very high level of Transparency in him & his ideas.
This was the main reason that closed me on how Amazing BLUE would be as long-term solution for Process/Project Management needs.

This is a Team which is dedicated to helping Micro & Small Business Owners & are super responsive on email & on the Community portal.
And the deal terms are also very very generous.

Blue is an amazing tool because it allows you to add and customize meta-data fields for items or tasks and use AI to "translate" data for decision-makers. This reminds me of Breeze in Hubspot. For me, this is a powerful feature that sets Blue apart from other PM / CRM tools here. It's a very flexible tool, and you can customize it however you like.

The level of customization and automation is really neat, but at the same time, I know it adds tons of stress to their servers when a large-scale event happens. However, I believe some of the issues are just growing pains as they scale their business. I appreciate talking and exchanging emails with Manny. The support is also very good, as long as you report those pesky bugs that you bump into as soon as you find them. Serah from their team has also been really quick in giving updates.

Overall, 5 Tacos. Looking forward to more AI features in Blue ahead.

Have you ever bought an app that said "we'll get to it" when you wanted to create a new record? If you want that, with no idea of when they will get to it... try Blue.

This app looks like a Godsend when you see all the unlimited features, but today I realized it looks more like a RUGPULL. Clearly they can't support 10,000 Sumolings signing up for it.

Not when adding a new project shows a message "Job Status: In Queue 38/41"... meaning there's 37 other peoples tasks ahead of yours and there's no timeline of when your project will be created. MAJOR LET DOWN. REFUND.
