I am super happy to have invested in Bloo which is a much-appreciated asset for our startup. I switched from Trello to Bloo and never looked back. Bloo has a much better design and the cost does not scale up when you add more users. On Trello, you would pay per user and imagine that your company grows very fast. All of a sudden, your corporate know-how and management system on Trello and now you have a big problem regarding cost. This is not the case with Bloo.

Bloo is very easy to use. Many people that I worked with found Trello really confusing and it required training. We had some feature requests and communicated them to the Bloo team. They were super prompt on replies and put the features on their roadmap. These are what we love about Bloo:

1. It has a human element. In the discussions, you can post how you are feeling, you can see what other people in your team think and feel. Projects are not only about engineering and marketing but also socializing.
2. You get a calendar view of all your past, present, and future activities across projects. This is amazing.
3. You see all activity on cards. It is tracked so you know what is happening regarding a task.
4. They plan on adding custom user permissions. For example, with Trello when a user deletes a board or card, it is lost forever. This is your company knowhow. Only the owner and who pays for the project management software should be able to delete anything permanently. Bloo addresses this huge need! This is one of the major reasons we moved to Bloo.
5. Automation: If we complete a task, it is automatically moved to the Completed list and from there we move the item to the list (our app version number) when we take a build.
6. Files that you attach to the cards are all organized in the file folder.

I recommend that if you are a startup think about the future and get the deal that will have enough seats for your company as it grows. Thinking forwards, I bought Tier 3, and now 150 people can use our project management system on Bloo. This is a fast-moving company, I am confident in the Bloo team and their vision. This is my first review on Appsumo since I really loved this product. Cheers.
