Simple and sublime.

Bloo has solved a need I had for a tool I could use with staff ranging in ages from 18 to 75.

In one of my businesses we have a team of ten people from diverse backgrounds across a wide age range and with varying tech use abilities.

Although the csv upload is still in beta it has worked well in the tests I've done to upload a variety of process lists from another system we use.

I've tried many other PM tools and they are always promising to make their csv uploads work effectively but Bloo has pretty much got this quite close to being perfect for my use case.

Easy to create custom fields and map the csv file to the custom field rather than trying to shoebox your data into a pre-defined structure.

Once the template creation process is complete it will be even more powerful.

The cleanliness of the UX is very calming and will not scare off users and the people who might be daunted by clutter.

Audit trails and file uploads are easy.

There might need to be some further need for uploaded file structure organization but in my case any files uploaded will only be specific for the one workflow so navigation in my case will be fine as is.

I can see many staff using the mobile app to check progress during customer enquiries and to update their tasks easily. This alone removes the need for them to go to a desktop when they might be working away from easy access to a computer.

There is also a big benefit in the login process because the system Bloo has enabled will suit my elderly staff down to the ground and it prevents shared passwords etc.

Bloo is simple and effective which will means the staff will use it.
