I've tried out most of the popular project management platforms around. For my business needs, they've never hit the mark. Either my partners and clients don't like using the platform, or it is too expensive for the value provided, or it doesn't support having different partners who should not overlap with one another, or it consumes as much time to maintain as what it is saving. Bloo gets the balance just right for my needs. The mobile app is particularly good.

If I could change anything significant, I'd swap out the fairly useless Updates tab (which is a confusing name when there's also an Activity tab, and is equally well served by the Discussions tab) and rather have something like Basecamp's campfire - a simple Chat tab that functions like WhatsApp.
