I have been looking for this for a long time
I have been searching for something that offers multiple views of my projects, has recurring events and I can set up without having to be down a Youtube rabbit hole before I learn how to use said tool.
Enter: BLUE
I can plan out my projects: from building out a marketing campaign for a gym or manage blog posts.
I feel supported 'by' the app AND the customer service.
It isn't bloated in cost (if I want to loop someone into a project - that per seat nonsense) or tryna be too fancy (I am looking at you Notion + Clickup). These are great tools but I am not a project manager and don't wanna be.
Blue checks a lot of my boxes: desktop, mobile, custom fields, visual kanban, database, viewing permissions. It will grow with my business and this is exactly what I want.
