Keep Bloo-ing your way to Success!

We were using Freedcamp before switching this year to Bloo. Here's why:
https://mysoftwareadviser.com/articles/how-manage-your-projects-like-pro-bloo

What do you do when no one else on your team uses the PMS tool like you do? (Project Management System).

Sounds familiar? 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮

Luckily, I found the balance of simplicity and functionality with Bloo! The team was able to grasp the concept of how the tool can organize our work as a team, in just 30 minutes of online training!

🌮 You get a full page glance of all your overdue, current, and upcoming tasks / to dos
🌮 You get a calendar view of all your past, present, and future activities across projects. This is very important for me as the Program / Portfolio Manager
🌮 I get to invite everyone on the team that matters in the project. My team works with a 3rd party (service provider) and internal clients (business and support units), working on Software, Process, and Privacy projects (just imagine the chaos and overlapping activities!) All because I never had to worry about STORAGE and USERS because they offered UNLIMITED 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮
🌮 Discussions and Updates keep it more engaging for the users. Post a GIPHY or upload your own images. Its amazing!!
🌮 Forms which is a recent feature makes surveys and feedback seamless (although we use Userback for the custom built apps)
🌮 Automations (i.e. if marked as complete and in In-Progress tile, move to LIVE, etc.)

What I am missing from Freedcamp?
🌮 Email to Discussions
🌮 Folders in Files (right now every image uploaded is on ONE FOLDER and it looks messy!) Good thing you can attach files in your comments or on just about anything.
🌮 Integrations.. would love to integrate with Userback, webhooks, onedrive
🌮 Embedding videos like from Youtube on comments or main discussion threads

Overall, the pros overweigh the cons and the team can live without the missing features for a long time!

Hope you Sumolings give Bloo a try, it's been great!

Cheers,
Mike
