Too much bugs

UPDATE 2:
First of all it is redicolous that after "over 6 years to be on the marked" you still have so many bugs, this is not respectful to the customars to offer something like this and still not be able to fix all these bugs. I started to report bugs I find, but after a while it takes a lot of time and there was simply too much of it, I write that I am not able to spend my free time and ask as cobisation a basic license, I get as feedback that there is no need because they already have hundreds of bug reports. And this makes absolutely no sense to me, offering a product with so many bugs is absolutely not understandable to me. I believe you are being dishonest when you say you "have 12,000 customers." You may have 12,000 users, but certainly not customers! It is not polite to say that your product is crap, but if you do not realize that this is a fact, then you are blind. Here is the message you are considering as "rude":
(You ask me if it makes sense to get in touch in the future)
####
No.
In that case, it makes absolutely no sense and makes me quite angry. In other words, are you aware that your product is crap, and despite your numerous known errors and bugs, the app was launched?
So you are selling crap even though you are aware of it?
I'm at a loss for words and have nothing more to add.
####
Is my account being blocked solely because of the message I wrote to you? Not because of my experience? After my review was published, my account was blocked. I find it incomprehensible that you can block an account without any prior warning. It is simply ridiculous.
-------
UPDATE 1
INCREDIBLE After this review get my account blocked by Blue -.-
-------
I spent all day today dealing with the app, and all the positive reviews convinced me. Instead, you get an application that is constantly riddled with bugs. I find it so disrespectful even to have to listen to this app, no matter where you look, there are continuous errors. I have sent several emails to the support team with bug reports, and after the fifth email, I simply lost interest. No matter which functionality, nothing seems to work well.

Whether you're creating a project templates where entire rule components aren't set, or you just want to change the project's logo, it get not appeared into iOS app, and entire projects get not visible on mobile app, there are bugs everywhere.

What annoys me the most is that you are forced to have all fields displayed, like the Wiki, Chat, Docs... Fields like Wiki makes no sense and have nothing to do with "wikis" you can't create a structure, it’s just a page without sub-forms. I find it really frustrating that you can’t hide these useless fields.

The notifications don't work properly. If someone leaves a message in the chat, selecting the notification sometimes fails to open the update. It’s very unclear, the notifications are overwhelmed with unnecessary information and provide no significant value at all. When you click on the notification, you often end up nowhere because using the notification causes it to be lost, and you have no idea what the notification referred on..

The iOS app is a disaster and basically has no functions, the layout is poorly structured, and you can hardly work with it; you can’t view any documentation, chat or other sections, it is funny, on iOS app you can not see all sections and on desktop you are forced to see everything, very poor work.

The rules only work partially, the logic is very rigid, and you can’t set multiple conditions, if a single condition is met, it is executed and the execution is buggy and takes time which is not really an optimal solution.

So, overall, I believe you are better off with many free tools than with this one tool. Products like ora.pm or Trello, are significantly better.

Hi Gabriel,

Actually did not see this or realise that this was your review.

For anyone reading this:

The reason we asked Gabriel to refund via AppSumo was not the fact that he reported some bugs. We actively encourage this, and also have a community forum where we often collaborate with customers to debug issues! (https://ask.blue.cc)

It was due to the fact that he was incredibly rude to our support staff after they declined his request for a free license to do a product overview:

"In other words, are you aware that your product is crap, and despite your numerous known errors and bugs, the app was launched? So you are selling crap even though you are aware of it?"

His account was placed on hold, and then we emailed him to ask if he needed time to export data to which he said yes, and we then gave him a grace period to do so and also an offer of support if there is any other non-record data that he needs help exporting.

Out of 12,000+ customers of Blue and 6+ years in business, he is the second that we have ever asked to leave and get a refund.
