It is a very basic teleprompter app. The text moves quite fast and the only way to slow it down is NOT by sliding it slower like it should, it is to make the text bigger.

By making the text bigger it accentuates your eye movements which is counterintuitive to one of the big reasons for using a teleprompter. So they should just make a lower speed instead. Even at 0.5 it is too fast for effective pauses and inflection, depending on your content.

Also, be VERY careful when you are setting up your account. You have one chance to select the scripts related to your industry. You get those scripts and only those scripts and there are no ways to change your mind later.

I feel as though script moves way too fast even at 0.5 speed. it needs a slower option. I also think that the script should be spaced out when you are video recording just like it looks when it starts moving when you are editing the script.
Overall not a bad platform

Positives:
a. It does what it says it will do, and does it well
b. interface is simply, with a friendly, guided onboarding guide.
c. You paste script, you record yourself, you create video.--simple. You can add logo and disclaimer to the vide.

In need of consideration:
a. As an educator I use this specifically for its teleprompter feature, a nice improvement would be to make it wide screen when in recording mode. Ability to make it slightly transparent so you can still see your face in the background.

b.Fix some bugs/glitches: longer text scripts not saving every now and then --not a big issue, resolves itself when you refresh the page.
c. consider creating script templates for other niches like wellbeing and personal development coaching. I want to use this tool to send async video communications.

d. Dedicated landing page that can be shared via URL to clients.

e. The teleprompter speed is too fast for me even at 0.5x. Offering much slower speeds and ability to pause teleprompter scowling during recording without having to pause the vide.
