A: Hi Pete, Sure! It can be integrated into any web app. Wordpress is mentioned, because we even developed a WP plugin to make it even easier. You can read about the integration technicalities in these documentation pages: https://docs.bonboarding.com/docs/developers/installation/ https://docs.bonboarding.com/docs/developers/wordpress-integration/
Once Bonboarding script is added to your site, you can deliver step-py-step guided product tours to your end users, target these tours to specific users and see analytics about their behavior regarding to your product tours.
Q: I don't see where you have an option to create tool tips.
That is where a user hovers over a option, feature, image and a "tip" pops up, which is a description of the option, feature, image. Is this something you are playing? If so, would we have access to it as an Appsumo early adopter? The tours are useful, but tool tips can be quick reminders or helps for users.
A: You can create tool tips. We have different animations for pulsating circles (and planning to add even more variations, such as "?" icon instead of a circle), that can trigger tooltips. At the moment we only have them on "click" event, but we plan to add the hover effect in Q2. We're working on updating our documentation to include more details about these tooltips, because indeed they are a special type of product tours.
Does this allow me to integrate with a web app that is all code. Say a react/next.js project due to it being in an extension? How does that work? Is the code snippet going to work with existing UI libraries and not conflict with any styles?
A: Hi mipi, sure, it works with any frontend and backend technology, as long as it's on the web (it adds a layer on top of your HTML code). We even have an NPM package to help with the simple integration into your JS app. You can learn more about it at https://docs.bonboarding.com/docs/developers/installation/
And we override every styling, to make sure there are no conflicts between your UI library and Bonboarding's styles. Give it a try, you can sign up for a 2-week trial without any obligations, to see if it's a right fit for you. And if you ever get stuck, just let me know in the chat or through our Feedback panel. I'm always happy to help.
Q: basically, unlimited backend role based team users but only on the top tier?
I am trying to wrap my head around the Roles benefit and why it would be needed to spend the extra capital, but if the above is true, that would be another benefit.
A: Hi there, so some organizations have the need to have different user roles. For example, only one admin should have access to team management, changing the payment information, etc. while some others can edit the product tours, target audiences, and a third group are only reading the analytics without being able to make any changes. With the role based team users, you can assign each user into one of these three categories.
Q: Are you planning to come back with another LTD?

Thank you I’ll be looking forward to it
Q: Under integration it says WordPress.
Can you elaborate how the integration works and what can be done?
