Sorry for a refunds decision;

1. Big Flaws in the workflow: if you need to Enhance the Image, then you need to upload and process, then download; then, if you want to remove the object, you need to re-upload the enhanced file and process it, then download again. Then, if you want to do Background Blur, you will need to upload the 2nd step processed file again and, work on it, and then download it again.

2. Working from the 4K monitor, you can work them in full-screen mode. You have a small panel to work and can't expand, which wastes a lot of space, while the working space is so small.

3. The Quality of production is so poor; I am not a fan of the result at all.

4. Photo Story Telling is terrible; they are completely trash paragraphs talking about 5-10% related to the photo and even mentioning different physical parts of the object. Useless content.

5. Animation Image, Super Poor Result, and very, very small file and effect can't assign how many % result in the result so blur and small file.

6. There is a UNDO and REDO feature while working.

7. No Upscale with great quality that makes a significant change in outcome

8. Removing object feature made a FADED Color Grading on the photo :(

9. Video Enchantment is only available for 1:1 scale with very small size resolution while most of the video we use is 9:16 and 16:9

10. Hopefully, you guys will come back again when the overall platform gets a significant improvement there.
