Q: The tool is not working anymore! The integrator gives '502 Bad Gateway'

Can someone please look into this? All my automations are stopped and I see '502 Bad Gateway' on the integrator page!

Q: Recover access to my Boost account. Space license level 4

Hello, how are you?

I purchased BoostSpace, Level 4 license, on November 25, 2024, during the
LTV promotion. However, when I try to access the platform, I only have a
username and password, and the system also asks for my system name.

The problem is that I don't have this information, so I can't regain access.

Could you please help me regain access and tell me what my system name is
so I can use the tool again?

Q: ❓ What steps can I take to enable the v2 API on my Tier 3 Boost.space account?

I’ve been trying to use the v2 API (as documented at https://api.boost.space/v2/modules) for the past week, but every endpoint returns a `404 Not Found` error — despite correct token setup, headers, and URL formatting.

I’ve already:
- Verified my Bearer token is valid
- Included `Content-Type: application/json` headers
- Tested multiple endpoint variations via Postman and cURL
- Confirmed that v1 API works, but v2 does not

Is there something I need to activate on my account to gain access to v2?
I’m on Tier 3 from AppSumo, and I haven’t received any response from support despite daily emails for the last 6 days.

Would really appreciate guidance from the Boost.space team or other users who’ve successfully connected to the v2 API.
