I've sent a couple of e-mails to your support already, but never received any answer. I am trying to integrate the facebook module into my scenario. I've followed the steps to create the connection successfully, but it seems, that the created app does not have the necessary rights to retrieve certain information.
Here is an example of an error log: The operation failed with an error. (#100) Object does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permission or reviewable feature, or does not support this operation. This endpoint requires the 'pages_read_engagement' permission or the 'Page Public Content Access' feature or the 'Page Public Metadata Access' feature. Refer to https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/login-permissions#manage-pages, for details. (100, OAuthException)
Q: Can you make a video showing me how to use this instead of Zapier?
I bought this to try as a Zapier alternative but it's very complex. What is the Boost.Space alternative to a zap? I don't see "automation" anywhere, and the appflows aren't relevant to my software products. Can you please make a video that illustrates how to set up the equivalent of a "zap"? My main tools are gmail, streak, and mailerlite. If this doesn't work, I'll unfortunately have to return the product. Thanks.
So we have many videos that explains those. You can find them on this page: https://docs.boost.space/boost-space-academy/ + we have our documentation: https://docs.boost.space/ where there is much more information.
If you want to create your specific scenarios you can do so easily via 2 clicks :). Just click on your system avatar from dashboard and...
Q: Can you make it easier to add your own scenarios?
Make.com is much more self explanatory. I am trying to upload different json scenarios I have from Make.com, but it is so challenging to locate where to even do that. I finally found it - by why is that capability so hidden? We should be able to build scenarios easily, just like in Make.com, but this app seems to force you to use the "pre-built" scenarios. Also, the help center shows Make.com steps to complete things, but this isn't helpful for your app, as you have different flows.
Can you share resources on uploading your own scenarios, with the path of least resistance to accomplish this? Your help chat bot was not working (you click the button to chat but nothing happens). Thanks!
A: Hey there, thank you for your message and for your feedback :).
You can use the integration tool to upload your existing scenarios. You can find more information on this page: https://docs.boost.space/knowledge-base/system/getting-started-with-boostspace-integrator/make-com-scenarios-migration-to-boost-space-integrator/. Additionally you can export/import scenarios as well:...

Q: Finding this tool painful to understand
I understand your team is constantly working on this tool, but the onboarding experience needs improvement, especially for newcomers trying to understand and use it. Please simplify the tool to make it more user-friendly. I’ve spent a couple of days trying to make my use case work, but I’m struggling and cant get anything to work. Your team did respond to my earlier comment about parsing my own email for leads and their information, but the solution was too technical for me to implement. Where can we find your roadmap, and when will you consider simplifying the tool for non-technical users?
A: Hey there, thank you for your message and I am sorry to hear that you are struggling to move forward. We are now back at full force ready to help you out in the New Year :).

How can I grant the required access??
