Hi team, Our basic flows (Webhook, Google Drive, Google Sheet) suddenly stopped working saying that these are premium apps. Another errors shows up saying that these are tier1 apps.
Is this a bug?

I purchased BoostSpace, Level 4 license, on November 25, 2024, during the LTV promotion. However, when I try to access the platform, I only have a username and password, and the system also asks for my system name.
The problem is that I don't have this information, so I can't regain access.
Could you please help me regain access and tell me what my system name is so I can use the tool again?
