I already have a chatbot on my website, so I do not need to use it there. However, I would like to know if I can use bot 9 on my whatsapp alone when getting messages. Meaning, that the bot responds even if it is not used on the website.

Hello, I’d like to know what updates you’ve brought after these months. The latest reviews are terrible; they mention that your support doesn’t respond, that the project is dead, and that you removed BYOK. I’d appreciate a response and updates so I can consider purchasing.
