BotgateAI has the best tool. Unfortunately, they don't have a passion for developing their product. Always slow updates, response, never take feedback from their users. When we talk about something that hurts their feeling, they don't like it (they don't take it as feedback and improve it).
They had a discord channel for us to discuss everything about Botgate at first. But then they closed the channel today because they didn't like what we discussed, Botgate. The level of disappointment has risen to the max. With this type of attitude, they won't go far.

I am very surprised how well this chatbot works. Very easy to set up and many possibilities to adjust the bot to many different situations. It makes fun to work with ! AWESOME WORK !!! 😍 ---- to Dev TEAM --- maybe you can make a few design settings. Like... adjust the padding from the chat-button... or, more influence on the color setting (robot color bg, robot color accessories, robot color body, chat window color bg etc.)

It took me a while for a simpleton like me to understand how to create my chat flow but after a few hours I was absolutely loving what botgate has to offer. Considering this is early days and more intergrations are coming in the future I would highly recommend purchasing a tier4 licence before this deal expires.
The help guides are great but I feel step by step videos would be beneficial and help grow botgates success.
