For those who loved MagicForm, this is the best replacement so far.

Pros:
Leads. Define what you want from the customer, and it constantly begs for that information. That data gets fed into a Google sheets table. In a nutshell, this is like an AI chatbot wrapped around a web form. This is the USP/standout feature of BotSheets.

Cons:
Indexing. It's not great. You enter a URL you want to index, and it just indexes that single page. Every other AI chatbot tool I've used in the past would automatically grab all associated pages. It doesn't need to go multiple levels deep. Just 1 level is sufficient. Right now, it doesn't even do that. Not a fan of entering 30-50 URLs manually.

Not human enough. This needs to improve. It's decent, but not quite on MagicForm level yet. I like that it allows me to set chat tone, but it still suffers from AI hallucinations.

Human Takeover: Feature not available. At minimal, it should allow us to define what to tell customers if they want to speak to someone. "E.g. If you need to contact us, please reach us at XXX."

Needs Google: To use it, you need to login and auth via Google, and it requires all access to your Google Sheets data. (Not just the sheets it creates). This could be a privacy issue for some.

Despite all its shortcomings, it's definitely a product to watch.
