Q: Hello Botstar team, I am confused about what is included in the Chative product.
I am being asked to upgrade to business in order to use the app for chats.
Since I purchased this deal, I asked if you were planning to add an app for chat and I was told yes. The bot for me was a cool nice to have, but I was more interested in the chatting aspect and that is why I got this deal and waited. I am currently using Tawk.to that is a free chat but was planning to migrate when your app was ready.
Can you clarify please. It makes no sense to have 9 seats for the bots but no seats for live chat.

ACKIAMMHi Mila I have been chatting in a positive back and forth with the people of Chative (ex-Botstar) and to their credit I have to say they are working hard for this tool. And the support is really amazing because they always answer in a short time, and it's rare t o have a customer support of this quality. I ask them to come back to Appsumo with thei new version, and they are considering this, but if you could ease the process, I think it will make everybody happy and it will kill two birds with one stone: sumollings who loved Botstar and would like to upgrade and have the new features; new sumolings who missed the opportunity; Chative who would have the opportunity to present the new version and get feedback and support to grow their business, and finally Appsumo who will make their sumolings happy, as always. I think with the advent of AI Chatbot (ChatGPT-3, Bing, Google...) it will be more and more than necessary for any business to have a Chatbot solution, enhanced with AI. Oh and, did I mentioned they are working to integrate it? my bad. Check their roadmap

Hello Mila.... I have been struggling with Botstar for months.. I changed company names and hence email addresses as well. I did the change over with APPSUMO and verified, but Botstar refuse to help me change my login details. I really want this product and find it so unethical. They just dont both to assist at all. Many ways to do verification.. if you could help I would really appreciate it... my email renee@wrightnow.io
