Smart Chat Solution, Hoping for Comprehensive Traditional Chinese Support
BotStar is a powerful smart chat solution that helps businesses interact with customers efficiently. Its multilingual support, covering up to 170 languages, is particularly valuable for international businesses. However, I recommend adding comprehensive support for Traditional Chinese. Traditional Chinese is not only the primary language in regions like Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau but is also widely used across Southeast Asia and within the global Chinese-speaking community. Providing enhanced support for Traditional Chinese would make BotStar more appealing and further solidify its position in the international market. I look forward to seeing this improvement implemented soon!
It took a long time, but very happy with the migration to Chative now that it's complete (for my account specifically). Out the box has all the features I need so I'm not wasting my time setting up notification emails, flows, etc. App works great too.
Sadly i need to give one tacco, but they do not deserve it
Everything started good and promising, but the broke their promises sooo badly, many users feel scammed. They then just closed the FB Group, so no communication possible anymore. I stacked a lot of codes, and now they are shutting down their platform after another successful campain where they raised a lot of money again. i feel scammed like many others, specially, because there is NO COMMUNICATION with this guys... worst deal ever that i bought here on appsumo.
Even though they have been communicating the changes, they don't communicate instructions. What are we going to do? What are the steps to follow? Do we have to pay or loose everything? Do we get the new limits without paying anything? How we move from one system to the other? Is this automatic, do I have to do something? There are maybe 10 more questions but..... :(
The "we are sorry for the inconvenience" doesn't cut it anymore.
Everything about BotStar is great, all over the deal page it says LiveChat channel and omnichannel is included. I've asked support and they said it's in development. It's been over 6 months. A little disappointed at that. But... As a chat bot it is one of the best chat bots out there. Highly recommended.
